This scheme will resolve some of the issues faced by DSP, such as high risk areas, (where as there is no nearby Loading station operated by PD), also there are some houselets that can't be serve by DSP because of timing. Since meron tayo Librero, DSP still can serve these retailers, while giving these small sector of retailer a 2nd chance to re-load when the DSP is not around.

Tama ka. the more loading point we have, the lesser scenario where in retailer will have running out of load situation. Hindi lahat na area pwede rumota ang mga DSP.

With so much activity to push Broad band sim. How can you sell that much broadband sim ? in the first place, whom do you expect to buy Broadband sim ? Isn't it those subscriber with USB plug it modem, pocket wifi, or any other broadband capable device.
Saan nila isasalpak ang mga sim kung wala silang device. ?

robert, you know Smart is wasting a lot of money here. There is always a way to work around. I always hit the activation target for all the blitzes. But in reality it's about 20% real fired up, they rest just fired up and throw away. But i'm not losing money here, ika nga ni BDO "We find ways!".
